After the incident of Shoe hurled on Punjab CM, Parkash Singh Badal, now it seems Punjab Police has got Shoe-Fobia. Now days, instead of frisking for arms, it now keeps hawk eye on Shoes of Public. On Tuesday, on the death anniversary function of Harchand Singh Longoval, Punjab Police banned Shoes due to presence of Parkash Singh Badal. The journalists from various channels were also forced to remove their footwear outside. However when administration was asked about this, they said that due to presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji that did that.
