Pakistan Peoples Party chairman Bilawal bhutto zardari kept distance from by chosing to be in foriegn when whole Pakistan was observing his mother's death anniversary, giving boost to the rumors that he have serious differences with his father Asif Ali zardari.
It is reported that PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari had gone to London to convince his angry son to come to home to attend his mother's death anniversary in pakistan but he did not succeed.
However there is no comment from Bilawal Bhutto for not attending his own mothers death ceremony. It is first time that Bilawal chose to stay out of country on his mother's death anniversry who was killed in 2007.
Meanwhile the Pakistan Peoples Party has said that tge reason for his absence is security concerns. But his absence has led to wide speculations of his differences with his father.
"Asif Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto had developed differences due to difference in working style of party. They want to work in different manners. Bilawal has started taking decisions without consulting his father. He appointed his politacal advisors without consulting his father," a PPP leader said.
Asif ali Zardari did not oppose the choice, he said to his son that he will be given free hand to run the party only when he is mature enough. He thinks Bilawal is not able to run party yet. He restrained him from making irresponsible statements in public. Many political alliances have also distanced them selves away from PPP due to Bilawal's immaturity.
As per reports, Karachi-based Muttahida Qaumi Movement had also soured because of Bilawal's "indiscreet statements" .
Thats why Zardari advised his son to be free from active politics for a break.
Benazir was assassinated in Rawalpindi on 27 december 2007 when she was attending a huge election rally.
