Yesterday outside Punjab Vidhan Sabha, Sukhpal Singh Khaira had a sit-in with Simranjeet Bains, H.S. Phoolka and other AAP party MLAs. They were protesting against the matter of water that is supplied to other states such as Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi etc. It was about the bill of water that was to be collected from other states but has not been collected yet. Sukhpal Khaira appealed the Chief Minister of Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh to collect bills so that it can help to remove the debt of the Punjab government.
