AAP MLA from Bhulath, Sukhpal Singh Khaira was live from his Facebook page today and discussed about the current scenario of Punjab. He spoke about the current political environment and current affairs of Punjab. He discussed about the unfair means used in recently conducted Block Samiti and Zila Parishad election in Punjab. First of all he talked about the sadness of Shiromani Akali Dal Chief, Sukjhbir Singh Badal that he was crying due to booth capturing done during elections.
Khaira replied to Sukhbir Badal that during 10 years of their government, they used to win using unfair means in every election. Then he blamed Congress for going opposite to whatever they mentioned in their manifesto. He said that whatever wrong Akali Dal did during their government, same mistakes are being repeated by the Congress and they didn't leave any unfair means of winning elections. "They did whatever they could do", Khaira said.
Sukhpal Singh Khaira said that he has been closely watching these local body elections from past years. He said that local bodies are totally toothless bodies and have very little power. He further talked about the matter of desecration of Sri Guru Granth sahib Ji and he praised Captain Amarinder Singh for raising the matter in Vidhan Sabha.
