A press conference by organized by AAP leaders, Sukhpal Singh Khaira and Kanwar Sandhu on Spetember 18, 2018 in which they demanded justice for sacrilege of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. They called a meeting on 21st September, 2018 and did not invite Shromini Akali Dal in that. Sukhpal Khaira said that the current government of Captain Amarinder Singh is saving the police officials who were involved in shooting innocent people at Kotkapura.
Khaira added that we have advocate general which has approximately 200 law officers but none of them had the courtesy to go and oppose the petitioners who are challenging their own reports and this report was passed by Captain Amarinder Singh in Vidhan Sabha. He said that Congress and Akali Dal have become together and have not taken any action on the case they were to take back from CBI of Behbal Kalan police firing.
Sukpal Singh Khaira said that the culprits that were involved in sacrilege incident have been given regular bail by the court. He blamed CM, Captain Amarinder Singh for hurting the religious sentiments of Sikh people in the whole world for not punishing the culprits. For getting justice they called all party meeting on September 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Kisaan Bhawan, Sector 35, Chandigarh.
